Ingredients:
- 2 slices of bread (any type you prefer)
- 1 ripe avocado
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 2 cloves of garlic, minced
- 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil
- Lemongrass tea (brewed and cooled)
- Salt and pepper to taste
- Dried spices (optional, such as chili flakes or paprika)
Instructions:
1. Start by preheating a pan over medium heat and add 1-2 tablespoons of olive oil.
2. Slice the avocado in half, remove the pit and scoop out the flesh into a small bowl. Mash the avocado with a fork until smooth.
3. Add the minced garlic and a pinch of salt and pepper to the mashed avocado and mix well.
4. Brew lemongrass tea according to package instructions and let it cool.
5. Add a few tablespoons of cooled lemongrass tea to the mashed avocado mixture and mix well. This will give the avocado a subtle lemongrass flavor.
6. Toast the bread slices in a toaster or on a pan until golden brown.
