Vegan, Gluten-Free Pizza Recipe

Ingredients:
- 1 gluten-free pizza crust
- 1/2 cup tomato sauce
- 1/2 cup diced bell peppers
- 1/2 cup sliced mushrooms
- 1/4 cup sliced black olives
- 1/4 cup chopped red onion
- 1/4 cup diced pineapple
- 1/4 cup vegan mozzarella cheese
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp Italian seasoning
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).
2. Place the gluten-free pizza crust on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
3. In a small bowl, mix together the olive oil, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
4. Using a pastry brush, spread the seasoned olive oil mixture over the pizza crust.
5. Spread the tomato sauce evenly over the crust, leaving a small border around the edges.
6. Top the pizza with the diced bell peppers, sliced mushrooms, black olives, red onion, and diced pineapple.
7. Sprinkle the vegan mozzarella cheese over the top of the pizza.
8. Bake the pizza in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes, or until the crust is golden brown and the cheese is melted.
9. Let the pizza cool for a few minutes before slicing and serving.
