Ingredients:

- 1 cup of organic tropical fruits (such as mango, pineapple, strawberry, and papaya)

- 1/2 cup of organic plain vegan yogurt

- 1/4 cup of organic coconut milk

- 1 tablespoon of organic coconut nectar

- 1 tablespoon of olive oil

- 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon

- 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger

- Pinch of sea salt

Instructions:

1. In a blender, combine the cup of tropical fruits, 1/2 cup of plain yogurt, and 1/4 cup of coconut milk.

2. Blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy.

3. Add 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 tablespoon of honey, 1/4 teaspoon of cinnamon, 1/4 teaspoon of ground ginger, and a pinch of sea salt to the blender.

4. Blend again until all ingredients are well combined.

5. Taste the smoothie and adjust the sweetness or spices according to your preference.

6. If the smoothie is too thick, you can add some water or more coconut milk to thin it out.

7. Pour the smoothie into a glass and serve cold.

8. Garnish with some extra slices of tropical fruits, if desired.

9. Enjoy your refreshing and healthy tropical fruit smoothie!
