Beauty Recipe: Mango Salsa Salad

Ingredients:


- 2 ripe organic mangoes, diced

- 1 small red onion, diced

- 1 small red bell pepper, diced

- 1 jalapeno pepper, seeded and minced

- 1/4 cup fresh cilantro, chopped

- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 1 tablespoon lime juice

- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder

- 1/4 teaspoon cumin

- Salt and pepper to taste



Instructions:



1. In a small bowl, mix together the diced mangoes, red onion, red bell pepper, jalapeno pepper, and cilantro.


2. In a separate bowl, whisk together the olive oil, lime juice, garlic powder, cumin, salt, and pepper.


3. Pour the dressing over the mango salsa mixture and toss to combine.


4. Let the salad sit for at least 10 minutes to allow the flavors to meld together.


5. Serve the mango salsa salad as a side dish or as a topping.


Optional: For an extra kick of flavor, you can also add a dash of hot sauce or a pinch of red pepper flakes to the salad to taste. Enjoy!
