Beauty Exotic Recipes: Quinoa Tropical Pudding

There are many exciting ways to prepare quinoa!
Here is a quick, delicious, healthy meal the whole family will love!
Ingredients
1 Cup Quinoa
2 1/2 Cups Organic Coconut Milk (Canned)
1/4 Cup Spring Water
1 Cup Diced Pineapples (Fresh or Frozen)
1 Cup Diced Mangoes (Fresh or Frozen)
1/4 Cup Organic Maple Syrup
2 Tblsp Cinnamon
2 Tblsp Nutmeg
Directions
Cook Quinoa in a medium-size pot with water (follow instructions on package).
Add Coconut Milk and Spring Water and Maple Syrup to the Quinoa. Keep on a low heat. Stir well.
After 5 minutes, Add Pineapples and Mangoes while continuing to stir well.
Add Cinnamon and Nutmeg.
Stir consistently on low heat for 5 minutes.
Let cool then serve. Enjoy!😀🥣
